Tag Everything

Tag a category across all selected views with collision-aware placement.

When to use it

Door tags, wall tags, room tags — any annotation that must exist on every plan, placed consistently.

Open the task queue and add Tag Views by Category.

Pick target views and the categories to tag. Each category maps to the tag family and type you choose.

Choose tag orientation, leader on/off, and offset from the element. Collision-aware placement nudges tags that would overlap geometry or other tags.

Run the queue. Tags appear in every selected view; elements already tagged in a view are skipped, so re-runs don't create duplicates.

Load the tag families into the project before the run — the task lists only loaded tags.
Very dense plans: tag one category at a time and review between runs.
