Licensing & Activation

How BimOra accounts, license keys, seats and devices fit together.

Accounts

Everyone using the plugin needs a free BimOra account (create one on this site). The plugin signs in with the same email and password.

License keys and seats

A license has one or more seats; each seat allows one active device at a time. Your keys live under My Account → Licenses.

Activating a device

Sign in inside the plugin and paste your license key. The device is registered to your seat. Moving to a new machine? Deactivate from My Account → Licenses first, or simply activate on the new machine — the oldest device is released.

Offline licenses

Working without internet access? Request an offline license file from My Account → Licenses and load it in the plugin's sign-in dialog. Offline files expire and must be renewed.

Trials

The Trial plan unlocks every SDW feature for 14 days on one device — no payment details needed.
