1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BimOra website, the BimOra SDW plugin for Autodesk® Revit® (the "Software"), and related services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, downloading, installing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

2. License grant

Subject to payment of the applicable fees, BimOra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your internal business purposes, for the number of seats purchased. Each seat permits use on the number of devices stated in your plan (by default, one active device at a time). The Software is licensed, not sold. The full license terms are in the End User License Agreement.

3. Accounts & license keys

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license keys confidential.
• License keys are personal to you or your organization and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed or published.
• Activating a license on a new session or device automatically ends the previous session.
• Offline license files are bound to a specific device and expire; they must be renewed from your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not permit anyone to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• circumvent, disable or tamper with licensing, activation or security mechanisms;
• use the Services to build a competing product, or copy their features or design;
• use another user's license, or make your license available to third parties;
• abuse the support and community areas (spam, harassment, unlawful content).

BimOra may suspend or revoke licenses involved in violations of this section.

5. Trials, fees & renewals

Trial licenses are free, time-limited and for evaluation only. Paid plans are billed in advance per seat, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply from your next renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

6. Support & updates

BimOra provides updates and support with commercially reasonable efforts according to your plan. We may require you to install the latest version of the Software for continued operation, including for security reasons. Versions below the minimum supported version may stop working.

7. Intellectual property

The Software, the Services and all related content (excluding your project data) are and remain the exclusive property of BimOra and its licensors. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the Services without obligation. Autodesk and Revit are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc.; BimOra is not affiliated with or endorsed by Autodesk.

8. Your data & privacy

How we collect and use personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Analytics & Telemetry Policy. We do not access your Revit models and we do not sell personal data.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing all output the Software produces in your models and documentation before relying on it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BimOra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from or related to the Services. BimOra's total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. BimOra may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment or unlawful use. Upon termination your license ends and you must uninstall the Software. Sections 7 – 10 survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
