Which Revit versions are supported?

Revit 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027. Install the build matching your Revit version from the Download page.

Does SDW modify my model without asking?

No. Every task shows its scope before running, and nothing is created until you press Run. Everything SDW creates is a normal Revit element you can edit or delete — one Undo reverts a run.

Can I use one license on two computers?

One seat = one active device at a time. You can switch devices whenever you like; the previous one is released.

Does the plugin work offline?

Yes — request an offline license file under My Account → Licenses. Day-to-day sign-in needs internet only for the first activation and periodic checks.

Where do I report a bug or ask for a feature?

Open a ticket on the Support page — tickets are public, so search first; someone may have answered already. Feature ideas are welcome in the Community section.

My task ran but nothing appeared — why?

Check the run report in the task queue: the usual causes are an empty selection (no views/elements matched your filters) or a missing family (tags, spot types, title blocks) that the task needed. Fix the selection or load the family and re-run.
